Renewable Energy Performance Centre

One of our approved centres, Renewable Energy Performance Centre, notified learners of a temporary suspension to their operations on 1st September 2026. This suspension was initiated by the centre itself, and LCL Awards had no prior knowledge or involvement.

As of 1st September 2026, we have no further information regarding this temporary suspension

Any financial matters would need to be addressed to the centre.

Candidates who have undertaken assessments at the centre, but have yet to receive their certificates are to contact us at enquiries@lclawards.co.uk. Where we have received documentation from the centre, candidates will be contacted to advise of the next steps.

Can I transfer to another LCL Awards Approved Centre?

Yes, however, as the suspension is "temporary" (as defined by the centre), the situation may resolve itself. On the homepage of our website, there is a link to “Find an approved centre near you”. From here you will be able to find a centre that is local to you that delivers the course or qualification. 

Will I be charged further fees to complete the course/qualification?

By transferring to a new centre there may be additional fees to pay for any services provided by the new centre. We are unable to advise on these fees as this would be dependent on various factors. We will not make any charge to transfer your registration to another LCL Awards approved centre.

Can I claim the fees paid to Renewable Energy Performance Centre back from LCL Awards?

No. Renewable Energy Performance Centre was an independent business that delivered courses & qualifications awarded by LCL Awards. Any queries relating to fees should be directed to the centre.
