Retaining the title for a second consecutive year, Bespoke Electrical Training continues to set the benchmark for high-quality electrical training. Alongside delivering strong core electrical qualifications, the centre prepares learners for the future through training in solar PV, battery storage and electric vehicle charging technologies. Judges recognised Bespoke's commitment to future-proofing the workforce and ensuring learners leave with the skills employers need.

Daikin UK's Manchester Training Centre was recognised for its outstanding contribution to developing the low-carbon workforce of the future. Combining a purpose-built training academy with advanced virtual reality technology and hands-on practical learning, the centre equips installers with the skills needed to support the transition to net zero. Judges praised Daikin's innovative approach to renewable training and its commitment to preparing the next generation of heating engineers.

Staffordshire Training Services received the Inclusivity Award for creating a learning environment where every individual is supported to achieve their potential. Through tailored learner support, inclusive teaching practices and initiatives such as women-only F-Gas Bootcamps, the centre is helping remove barriers to entering the industry. Judges recognised its genuine commitment to ensuring learners from all backgrounds feel welcomed, valued and able to succeed.

TomKat Gas Training Limited was recognised for its forward-thinking approach to training delivery. By developing practical digital tools and mobile-friendly learning resources that support engineers long after they leave the classroom, the centre has transformed the learning experience beyond traditional training. Judges praised TomKat's innovative use of technology to improve learner confidence, engagement and real-world application.

Carly Gayle was named Trainee of the Year in recognition of her exceptional determination, resilience and commitment throughout her learning journey. Balancing work, family life and training, Carly consistently went above and beyond while developing the skills needed to become one of Baxi's first ever F Gas engineers. Judges praised her dedication, professionalism and willingness to support others, making her a worthy winner and an inspiring ambassador for the future of the industry.

MCFT received the Community Engagement Award for placing community impact at the heart of its training. Through initiatives such as its Pre-Loved Equipment Programme, apprentices refurbish unwanted commercial catering equipment before donating it to charities and community organisations, combining practical learning with meaningful social impact. Judges recognised the centre's outstanding commitment to supporting local communities while promoting sustainability and skills development.
