Trainee of the Year Award

Criteria

The newly introduced LCL Trainee of the Year Award honours individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication, skill and commitment to their training, celebrating future professionals who embody the highest standards of excellence and determination.

Examples include trainees who have gone above and beyond in their learning journey—whether through overcoming challenges, excelling in practical or academic performance, or making a positive impact on their peers and the industry. 

The category is open to candidates who have completed any LCL Awards qualification at an approved LCL Awards training centre.
