Criteria

The LCL Inclusivity Award recognises centres that actively create a welcoming and inclusive environment where learners and staff feel safe and supported. 

This award celebrates centres that have demonstrated a genuine commitment to inclusivity, ensuring equal opportunities and enhanced learning experiences for all individuals regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation and any other characteristics.
