LCL Awards Forum 2024

Our Annual Forum 2024 was a particularly special one as we celebrated our 20th anniversary! Taking place at the National Space Centre in Leicester on Friday 5th July, guests got a chance to look around the Space Centre, which includes The Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium and Rocket Tower - home to Blue Streak and Thor Able rockets.

Throughout the day, visitors from LCL Awards centres attended a series of useful workshops, covering ACS, Smart Metering and MLP updates, preparation for an audit, guidance with some of the software LCL uses for examinations, and marketing and publicity advice from Jello PR and JL Creative. 

In celebration of LCL Awards’ two-decade milestone, a timeline of our history was displayed throughout the impressive venue. You can view the timeline, here. 

2024’s Forum followed our evening social and first ever award ceremony  - ‘LCL - The Awards’ - where we celebrated the achievements of our approved centres. You can find out more about ‘LCL - The Awards’, here.
